Once ticket is booked online it is final. We will NOT refund the ticket fee amount in any circumtances. |

Customers are adviced to book ticket with proper planning. Enter details of rider carefully. Name, gender and age of riders will not be changed once ticket is booked. |

In case ropeway ride is cancelled by us for maintenance or any other reason, we may process refund request of customers. |
