Refund Policy

[Cancellation of Booking]

Thank you for do business with. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • When the trip is cancelled from corporation full amount will be refunded, otherwise deduction will be made as per rules mentioned below.
  • Passengers are requested to recheck from office 4 hours before departure of car/bus/vehicle (Daily Service)
  • Kindly arrive at the office of BSTDC rules.
  • The ticket is issued / cancelled or extended subject to the terms and condtions of BSTDC.
  • Ticket will be extended only once and that to before 4 hrs. of the departure of bus.
  • Extended ticket will be not refuned or re-extended.

Deduction Rules
  • 20% of tarriff before 48 hrs. of departure.
  • 25% of tarriff before 24 hrs. of departure.
  • 50% of tarriff before 2 hrs. of departure.
  • No refund within 2 hrs of departure.
